Caves Gourmandes - Hoei

The experience at this restaurant was very good, with a refined and delicious cuisine. The only downside was that the selection of wine did not match the chosen menu. White wine was served with both the fish and meat starters, and a red wine was served with the meat and poultry main course. It would have been better if the wine selection had been adapted to better complement the dishes.

I loved it! I'm not the kind to love restaurants in a number of services, which I always imagined to be guinated with nothing in the plate and I've been royally wrong. Service of course very professional but many things in the plate, beautiful sensations and finally very copied. I recommend without hesitation.

This excellent restaurant located in the basement is a fresh escape during hot weather. The staff is very friendly and attentive, with the Chef taking time to chat with guests at the end of the meal. The waiter and sommelier are knowledgeable about wine and provided excellent recommendations during our visit. While the menu is limited, the dishes are of high quality and the meal was superb. A small salmon-based appetizer and sorbet were offered before the courses. The prices are on the higher side, but this matches the upscale setting of the restaurant. Conveniently located in the center of Huy with easy access and parking, this charming restaurant has won us over. The only drawback, if any, was that my Duvel beer was not served in the proper glass.

I am impressed! The menu was outstanding and beautifully presented. The staff is attentive, very friendly, and goes the extra mile for the customer. I will definitely be returning!

Very good but personal a little overflowed or distracted. We had to ask for bread, remember the order of beer, no meal for the wine. But they are nice and good food quality
