Bidrage med feedbackI went during the evening time and it was nice and quiet. Food was delicious. I got the kale and quinoa fritters (I think that's what it was) it was really yummy. The mango lassi was thicker than the ones I'm used to but it tasted extremely good as well. The staff service was professional and friendly. The place is available for large groups of people as well small dining parties. Decor had a comforting feel where the lights were low in intensity and was clean.
This was my first experience trying Indian cuisine and it was excellent. The server was prompt, explained the menu options, and gave several suggestions. It was quiet and cozy. Next time we are in the Hoboken area we will definitely be going for a second visit. Highly recommend!
The food is generally pretty good. The soups are great in cold weather and all the food taste very fresh. The portion sizes are a bit small for the price. Especially when there is plenty of competition around that gives you more for less. Their nanchos are amazing though. I would go back because of the freshness and would recommend it for a nice quite lunch. I took away stars for portion size but the atmosphere is a great place to bring friends who like indian but don't like spicy.
Went here with my husband and another couple on a Saturday loved the food (naan chos were awesome!! and the warm, inviting ambiance was perfect for catching up with old friends. BYOB kept the price down which always helps. Overall just a great, solid experience, we will go back whenever the next curry craving starts. Not a late night spot from what I gather...the place cleared out and we were the only table left by about 10 or 10:30.
We've been here a few times with friends and between us we love the naanchos, wraps, fish tikka, butter chicken, chana masala.... It is BYO, so if you want a drink grab one on the way in. Great little place!
