Bidrage med feedbackFirst and foremost, I very much enjoy coming here for margaritas. If possible please put a sign or notation on the menu 20% is automatically added, for gratuity, no matter what you order. While the service was great, if i am only having drinks, i tend to tip based upon the effort. Bottled beer and a few standard margaritas (poured out of the machine) aren 't a lot of effort. A meal, yes 20% but standard drinks idk. Please consider the following: a sign at the entrance stating the automatic gratitude policy a notation on the menu Just baking it into the prices you can say 'Service fees are included, incremental gratitude is discretionary and appreciated
Very disappointed of the food. The restaurant use low quality products. We order tacos chicken and beef and it was very unpleasant, the stake dissolved in my mouth in seconds and the chicken did not look tasty at all the color and texture definitely didn’t helped!!!it was so gross. Drinks were ok. The waiter was good and efficient. It was 3 people in total they added 20% gratuity to the bill so be prepared for that! Unfortunately East La is not the same as it used to be.
Decent food, shabby atmosphere and terrible rude service. The servers were pushy to rush our orders and right up rude. They missed order details and I never got the drink I ordered. My friends could hardly get the waiter’s attention for any request. They added 20% gratuity for four of us when traditionally it is applied to a party of a minimum of six people. They barely deserved 10% for the poor service provided.
Everything is good but the margaritas was different it didn't tested like befor
This was the worst Mexican food I have ever had—and I've had a lot of Mexican food. First of all, let me talk about the service. The waiter was incredibly rude and rushed us to order. I started asking some questions because I have some health concerns and cannot eat certain things. He got incredibly annoyed. At first, I asked if there was cheese on anything, and he said on the beans. I asked if it was cooked, and he said it’s melted cheese. This is something I can eat, so I said okay, as long as it is actually melted. He said, “It is,” in a rushing and rude manner. I said okay. We put in our order, and it took around 45 minutes before we got our food. As I was waiting, I saw the beans at someone’s table nearby and they definitely were not melted. So I asked a waitress if I could change it. She went to our waiter and told him. He looked at me and said very loudly to make sure I could hear, “That’s not what she said. She said melted cheese,” and did not make the changes. The food finally came. Now let me talk about the food! These incredibly sad, under-stuffed tacos were placed on my table. Please look at the photo of how my tacos looked. They tasted even worse. The tortillas were so dry and inedible. I couldn’t finish them. And as I mentioned earlier, the beans had non-melted cheese on them, so I can’t tell you how they tasted. They looked sad, though. The rice had zero flavor. My husband ordered a quesadilla and he said the tortilla was so dry he had trouble chewing. Now, here’s the best part. Despite the terrible service and the terrible food, there’s a mandatory 20% tip. No wonder they don’t feel the need to provide good customer service. All in all, save yourself a trip to this so-called Mexican restaurant and go somewhere a little more authentic with better service.
