Excellent, fresh, tasty vegan options in Hobbs America! You cannot go wrong with classic sushi, especially if you are looking for plant-based options! Japenese Essen is one of my Go-to-Food options! I've never been to a sushi place that doesn't offer these roles. We had: -Avocado roll -Cucumber roll -Vegetable roll -Dampfreis dignity definitely back! Other vegan options: -Vegetarian Delight (Ask no egg) -Veggie fried rice (Ask no egg) Grateful to find these delicious dishes! Absolutely wonderful experience. Especially if you choose to sit at the hibachi grill. Food is prepped and cooked fresh in front of your eyes. Add some sake, a cowboy roll, fried Gyoza, and even some showmanship from the chef. And you have a damn fine value added evening. I will definitely be back.

The sushi here is fantastic, especially when you sit at the bar. The drinks are excellent, and the beer is top-notch, which suits my taste perfectly. The hibachis are good, although the rice can be a bit oily—that's my only minor complaint. The servers are very friendly, the chefs are personable, and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant is spacious and welcoming.

Tokyo Steakhouse and Sushi was excellent. It’s a bit surprising to find such great food in this area; the dishes were flavorful, the chef was attentive, and the service was friendly. If you’re in the vicinity, you definitely need to give it a try!

We had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. We were seated with a family with two children and another couple, which made for a lively atmosphere. Our chef, Eddy, added a lot of humor to the evening, and everyone at the table was engaged and enjoying themselves—a definite highlight! The food was excellent, and we arrived around 8:00, perhaps a bit earlier. The cold beer was a nice touch, too. Overall, our visit was brief but very enjoyable. It was great to be back!
