Ma Brown's #3 - Hobbs

I was a handful of time in this place. The buildings run down a bit, but the burgers are as good as me! I usually get a double cheese and a Baconburger with green chili. Can't beat it. When you come when they are busy, it takes a while, but it is always hot and fresh when I get my order

I really wish we had a Ma Brown's in Texas! I can't even begin to describe how fantastic her green chili burger is. This place is truly a hidden gem. It tastes just like the hamburgers from years past. The parking is always packed, and the dining room can get busy, but it's definitely worth the wait!

These are some of the best small entrepreneurs in Hobb's hands down! Not only the owners treat you like family, but there is always ready to take care of customers there! From a former chef in the Four Seasons I am always happy with food and customer service!

I was born in Hobbs, but I was very young. My parents who lived here from the 50s to the 70s always talked about Ma Browns and how they had the best burgers. I had bad and good burgers, but this is a great burger. The patty is hand-shaped. You can cook the real meat while waiting for order. Waiting was long, but that usually means fresh and it was worth it. The burgers and pommes were hot. The chocolateshake was one of the best I ever had. The man I take to be the owner, Ronnie, took my order to ask me how I wanted it to be and made cooking. Friendly without the usual scowl of the chains. Fast food sites even those who claim their food are fresh and real burgers have to look Ma Browns up and find out what a real old-fashioned hamburger is. I'm glad I listened to my parents and gave them an attempt.

I have been eating at this restaurant for over 40 years and it's the absolute best!! Please be ready to take you time when you come here it's well worth the wait
