The Squires Bounty - Hobart

An evening for dinner, was very impressed by the fit of the restaurant and the bar staff. very professional young men and women, seemed happy to be there talking about a place. meals were very large, but delicious. the bell. with the sweet was one of the most beautiful meal I had in tassie. the woman got the fish and chips that were very fresh again quite generous. we just wish we had the opportunity to come back before we move into the next city!

Eating at the Brick house was very delicious. the pizzas were massive and delicious. it has a nice pub atmosphere over it.

We went to this restaurant twice. The first time was on saturday afternoon and the food, service atmosphere was outstanding. The 2nd time was on a monday and it was a total different experience. The food was almost inedible, no atmosphere and staff didnt seem...to care. My daughter also had the same experience on a Monday with their food being inedible. (Chicken schnitty so badly undercooked) . So my advice is maybe go on the weekend and not through the week 10/10 for a weekend 2/10 for a weekeday

This place has a great vibe. My husband was looking to watch his team play AFL on a Friday night and The Brick Factory fitted the bill. Lots of space and plenty of seating and tables, great atmosphere and lots of sport on the multiple...tvs. Staff were happy to accommodate. Pizza's here are excellent and generous. This place is hidden around the back of Salamanca Place and worth calling in for a drink, good food and some sport if you like it.

Staying in Battery Point, we walked to find somewhere for dinner. This place was hidden in Salamanca Place and not somewhere we thought we would end up. We ordered Karrage Chicken as entrée and a Pulled Lamb pizza. They cane at the same time but...both were delicious. Chicken was still juicy and with the lemon and aioli it was very tasty. Pizza was hot, packed with flavour and mouthwatering. We sat outside and could watch Hobart walk by. Great find, well priced, friendly staff and no regrets.
