While exploring the various food stalls, we initially set out to find a savory meal, but we couldn’t resist visiting the dessert stall we spotted first. After enjoying our savory dishes, we quickly made our way to this stall. We decided to share a Brown Sugar Lime dessert, and it was absolutely delightful! The brown sugar was expertly blended into the meringue base, and it was topped with cream and lime zest—truly a perfect summer indulgence. It may have been simple, but the flavors came together beautifully. The person serving us was friendly and provided great recommendations.
We discovered a delightful gem during our visit to the Salamanca Markets. It’s a must-try if you’re in the area, and definitely not something to miss. I enjoyed the classic pavlova on my first visit and then went back for the brown sugar lime pavlova later the same day. It was a bit indulgent, but totally worth it. This place has definitely become one of my favorite spots for pavlova!
Always fantastic! I tried the Baileys éclair pavlova tonight, and it was incredible! The combination of brown sugar and lime offers a delightful twist on the traditional pavlova. The owners are wonderful and great to chat with, too!
After their Facebook page, I did my mission to try one of their pavlovas. I had a classic and it was amazeballs! my daughter had two and me too. I'll calculate next time with lemon. you make a great job.
What can i say other than DELISH! A must have when in Hobart.
