My family has been eating here for decades. loves the rich and aromatic broth with many spring onions. we always order extra bark. simply delicious northern style phpho.

Phở Tàu Bay history goes back to 1954 when the patriarch of this phơ dynasty, fleeing from the north (birth place of Phở , settled here in Ho Chi Minh. As his pure northern style of phở grew in popularity so did his family's fortune. As he retired, he left the restaurant and his closely guarded recipe to his two daughters. Soon after, the two daughters feuded and split the restaurant in two, operating one next to the other, separated only by a wall. That's two locations. Sometime later a defecting employee stole the recipe and went to Orange county, California to open a third location. Fresh basil, sawtooth corianders and a squeeze of lime are all that's good. Believe me, when you're here, you'llenjoy slurping the aromatic broth, chomping down on the firm, generous and succulent cooked and rare beef.
