I'm here twice. All right. Price is reasonable. English friendly menus. One of the few Vietnamese restaurants on this block.
You have to check the bill, they did more than we did. Food is delicious. English menu.
The service is bad, but they have food, and you can eat it.
Service was very poor. Some of the waiters actually ignored us. The only saving grace was the fresh mandarin juice which was lovely. Food was not good.
