Red Lobster

First off: very dirty. The table cloth was super dirty, we asked for a fresh one and he brought one from a drawer, but it was dirty too. We tried getting past that since the food on the tables looked generally good. There was smoke at the top floor horrible and the music was very loud. The food is not good. The barracuda and calamari were overcooked. The veggies were the highlight of the fish and veggies dish. The octopus had a weird sauce. The grilled is not actually grilled. The lobster is yet another story. After ordering 2 of 1 kg, they said it would be 30 min to get our food. After 1h they came to say they 're out of 1kg lobster, they only have 1.5kg lobster...after 1 h! My husband was already fuming and started arguing that it is unacceptable to wait so long and then say you 're out of the thing we ordered, they should have said something earlier. They ended up not charging 3kg for 2 Lobsters, but 2 kg. But the fact remains, they were trying to blame us for wanting grilled. I would not set foot here again.

Recommended by hotel lucky elephant and thankfully so. Lovely meal upstairs in a busy restaurant. The walls are covered in pen with people signatures and drawings which was interesting. A big menu with plenty of choice. The portion sizes are massive, see picture this would have easily fed two (special red lobster noodles) but will add the quality taste wise was also there which was good. Size did put us off near end as felt like eating for sake of it.

Good food good service. Staff are friendly and attentive. Food is very reasonable and tasty too. Nice place. We had a big seafood basket and grilled lobsters.

Amazing quality, prices and food that you get for your money, the portions are delicious and Very big. The local is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. You should definitely give it a try. The fish platter is a must to try,it was delicious, it is big enough for 3 or 4 people, or a very hungry couple.

Best to order seafood rice. Their rice dishes are the best. Some of the dishes are not tasty, like too much salt. So you get the salt taste first. Soups are not recommended as too watery. It's just stock water with whatever item you order. We were 5 people and the rice was too much. Parking would be a problem only a few slots in front of the restaurant. Clean washrooms. And helpful staff. The seafood platter looks good even though we didn't order it. So another option. Enjoy.
