Taylor was great! I had some problems with the door over the weekend, and they didn't end to supply my food because they never picked up. So I called to the Hixson site, and Taylor was about the example of great customer service. She found out where my order was and was ready to make the order at her location. I love the food here. Always never get hungry. It is reasonable in price. Music and staff are fantastic.

I get curbside here. They are great! With the occasional bad burrito, that is quickly rectified. They go above and beyond expectations. I have eaten at many Moe's and this one is my favorite, and I've never been in the store.
