A gorgeous, chic restaurant with a menu focused on apples. The beef apple curry rice is a must-try dish. Their wide variety of apple cakes, made with apples sourced from various farms in Hirosaki, offers a unique and delicious taste for everyone.

I highly recommend this place. The food is surprising and unexpectedly delicious. The pancakes, such as the Peter Pan and Nice Life, are excellent. They are not too sweet and have a subtle taste of apple, making them really enjoyable to eat. Additionally, if you are an anime enthusiast, the café has a hidden section inspired by the anime Flying Witch. Makoto, the main character, shows how to use a Shinto prayer to reveal it to others. The gallery seats offer a beautiful view of the gardens, and the table in the westmost corner by the entrance provides a view of Mount Iwate.

It's a classic building with a nice view of garden and bright natural light. The apple pie and crepe were delicious.
