Pizza Hut - Hinesville

Amy, the manager, personally delivered our pizza tonight, and I have to say it was the BEST service I've ever experienced! Amy, you’re amazing! On top of that, they provided a pizzeria hat! They also made a quick trip to bring us our Diet Pepsi within minutes. The pizza was fantastic as well!

This is the best pizza place in Hinesville! I had to wait in the parking lot for my insurance company to return from lunch, so I decided to grab a bite to eat while I waited. I encountered a complex order and an inexperienced cashier, but thankfully, the manager stepped in. He managed to reduce my $40 pizza down to $28 and even delivered it to my truck when it was ready. Genuine customer service can be hard to come by in the Southern hospitality landscape, but this manager exemplified it beautifully. His kindness reflects the warmth of the South and helps maintain our reputation for being incredibly friendly.

The two pizzas we ordered were absolutely delicious! They were prepared incredibly quickly, and when my husband picked them up, he reported that the customer service was excellent. We hadn't visited this location in nearly a year due to previous issues with service and quality. It seems something has changed, as these pizzas were fantastic—perfectly made, piping hot, and fresh. Everything was just great overall. Hearing that the customer service exceeded our expectations made us decide to add this place back into our weekly routine. I’m so pleasantly surprised to say that!
