And let's not forget about the friendly staff and cozy vibes that make every visit feel like a warm hug. Whether it's breakfast or brunch, IHOP is my go-to spot for a seriously satisfying meal. Can't get enough of it!
Came in for mother’s day even though I knew there would be a long wait. No knives or spoons but I can imagine how crazy the kitchen must’ve looked. Food was hot-ish, not terrible. Also can’t believe the complaints on time of service considering you chose to dine on the busiest day of the year in the restaurant industry.
We will not return. 3 strikes, and we are out. Visits 1 and 2 were slow service. On our 3rd visit, we sat for 26 minutes and not a server in site. 5 other families, 1 family had drinks, and everyone else had only menus, including us. Other customers were starting to walk to the back, we decided to leave. If service was talking this long, we could not imagine how long food would take to come out.
I have gave IHOP too many chances each and every time I’ve been disappointment. I am or was a fan due to the menu having a wide variety however, that is no longer the case here in Hinesville. No hashbrowns wasn’t able to place an order for hashbrowns, no silverware, no condiments other than syrup no mushrooms with my steak and I looked for them and overall if I didn’t have the option to get hashbrowns if it wasn’t available, it should’ve stated it wasn’t available instead of not allowing me to place an order without omitting hashbrowns. To spend over $20 for half a dish it’s very disrespectful and I will not be returning to this location the prices went up but not the quality of food. That’s crazy.
If I could give this place a zero, I would. We waited for over an hour for food when there were only a handful of other customers. The two hostesses stood there at the front looking absolutely pointless chatting about ATM fees. And saw four members of staff standing outside the side door smoking. Our orders were wrong and the food was cold. Either this place had the people to get things done and they are just straight up lazy or they are short staffed. We got nothing but excuses for all the mistakes and the time it took for us to not only get food and drinks at the table but the 10 minutes we stood at the counter trying to check out. Apparently they've got a new system that isnt working properly. Management needs to rethink their staffing, the only thing really keeping this place open is the fact that the waffle house doesnt have enough seats. update We have submitted a complaint to corporate as well.
