We went to bake yesterday afternoon to get cake and juice. we had the best little eclairs. we chose the cassis and the celestial and they were beautifully grounded and just like the fruit tasted in real life. they weren't mean with the fillings either. absolutely delish. the 2 girls we were served were so beautiful and welcoming, a rarity in Dutch customer service. we do girls. keep it up and huge compliments to the bakers!

Fresh bread and baked. highly recommended! croissants are a bit dry.

Chocolate oatmeal cookies are fantastic. also has something I really like, but I don't have any idea what kind of thing is. close to 5 dollar for a bag of 8 cookies. great with fresh milk

Awesome sourdough bread. As a daily routine I bake two myself every day for the family but travelling back to my old town Hilversum had to go out and by some. This is very very good. Just wondering: only sourdough starter right? No added yeast? Love to get my hands on your starter and try it myself :
