Bidrage med feedbackFrom seeing the comments on here, apparently the store is under new management or maybe it's the difference between day and evening shift........anyway, Had a wonderful experience with this manager and staff. I have never seen a pizza parlor soclean! They took my gluten free order to the next level and it was fabulous! The fellow I left my comments with explainedthat the store was in a terrible mess when he got there, and it is obvious that he and his team have worked hard to get it backto where it should be. I will definitely use them again if he is running it! We ordered after 6pm on Thursday, Oct. 6th, 2022.
No one ever answers the phone I order on 8/13 and the pizza sat on the warmer for 2 hours and 45 minutes before I was finally called to see if I still wanted it I reached out to corporate and was sent an email apologizing for the situation and told thatI would receive a free pizza to just call the store and give them my name and phone number. I have tried multiple times and noone would answer until today 09/23. The employee told me that they no longer deliver to my area which is less than a half a milefrom the store. And then I told him I was at work and it was on South Forest Beach even closer and the manager came on in rightaway told me that he?s not giving me a free pizza from some email. That if I didn?t have a code it was given to me I was lyingand trying to scam him. He spoke to me like I was some street Doug friend of his instead of like a customer and definitely notlike a valued customer.
They would not answer the phone for me to place my order and would not allow me to place an online order. I understand they are short staffed. I suggest they bring in people from other stores. I really like their pizza. I hope the problem with the onlineordering is resolved soon. It really is the easiest. THANK you and God Bless
If I could give this less than 1 star I would. Ordered pizza at 8:10. Never got past order being prepped. Tried to call store after 9. Put on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on. Drove to store and it's closed. Never had a problem with Dominosbefore. Worst store ever. Will get my money back .
Pizza took over two hours to get to my address. The driver Kurt hit my car delivering the pizza. He provided his name and contact, however I reached out twice via phone and text with no reply. I tried to contact the store, however I was hold for 30minutes with no one picking up the phone. The store manager never reached out. I will never order from Dominoes again.Contacting the better business bureau on Monday to complain about my car being hit by the dominoes driver. Order at your ownrisk
