We 've been dining at Ombra 's for years, but last week was disappointing. First my white wine was oxidized, the color was dark and both server and bartender should have never sent it to the table. The restaurant doesn 't offer any vegetarian options on the menu, so I had to modify the Gnocchi dish and ordered it with plain marinara sauce, but when my meal arrived it had a cream sauce with pancetta, needless to say it was send back . In the meantime, my husband is eating his meal. When it came time to pay, I was charged full price, despite not having a protein and on top of it, the server rang someone else $252 bill on my credit card, again we had to wait for him to correct the mistake. At no point a manager came to us to apologize, the whole dining experience was a disaster. The next day I sent a price message via openable to the restaurant. I 've yet to hear a word

Well, my negroni came out and had multiple fruit flies in. When I subtly told our server, I received no apology or free drink. If the bar is that dirty I lost a majority of my appetite.
