Marley's Island Grille

Avoid this restaurant at all costs! They violate the American's with Disabilities Act. They can't seat people with wheelchairs like many of our disabled veterans. They made our family wait three hours and THEN they told us we couldn't be seated because we had people in wheelchairs.

The employees (in particular the manager) were inexcusably rude. I have never been treated so poorly by restaurant staff. We would NOT recommend this place to any Hilton Head visitor.

Anything that they do with shrimp here is excellent. I had some bacon wrapped shrimp as an appetizer that was superb. Mussels were also very good. The prices are typically high for this type of theme seafood restaurant. I always feel a little reamed at these places, you know? Like I'm paying for the nets and the shells on the wall rather than the food on my plate. But as long as the seafood is fresh and well prepared, I can live with it. And Marley's delivers on both counts.

Too high for the food and really not impressed. Everyone that was with my party agreed. There was 8 in our party and they just hated the service and value.

Being an islander, we have a great selection of restauarants to choose from and Marley's is by far our favorite. Great food, great service, great atmosphere and the kids love it too!
