Cafe Boba - Hilo

Cafe Boba is a lovely spot with extremely friendly staff. Their menu is extensive, so I suggest taking your time to browse through it or simply trying their popular drinks. They provide indoor seating with air conditioning and offer both online and phone ordering options. Be sure to sample their various popping boba toppings – my personal favorite is the mango popping boba. Don't forget to come with an appetite, as they also serve food.

I paid $7 for a drink and was disappointed by the small size, especially when I didn't even get a full cup when I asked for no ice. This was a waste of money and I likely won't return. Despite this, the customer service was excellent and the owner/manager went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I have updated my review from one star to five stars due to their exceptional service. This level of attention and friendliness is what sets them apart from other establishments.

This charming café is a must-visit! I will definitely return. The food was delicious, 5 out of 5 stars.

I ordered the Coconut Taro smoothie and it was the best boba drink I have ever tried. Although a bit pricey, the staff is extremely friendly and the drinks are truly exceptional. Overall, I give the food a perfect 5 out of 5 rating.

I gave this restaurant 3 stars because my "grilled cheese" was barely grilled as shown in the picture below. The cheese was not melted. Come on, guys! Grill that sandwich properly! It was essentially cold, soft bread that I bit into less than a minute after receiving it. However, the boba tea was great with a wide variety of options. The ice cream was also great.
