Bangkok Villa - Hilo

Owners are from north eastern Thailand known for some of the best Thai dishes. Their ability to duplicate the delicious north eastern cuisine is remarkable. Absolutely some of the best Thai food I’ve had in my life!Food: 5/5

I loved it!! The spice level is way better than a lot of other places I went to and was actually spicy. There were many vegetable in the Pad See Ew which we appreciated and the service was pretty quick. : Place is a little hard to find, we almost missed it, but glad we found it. We came in with low expectations and left with big smiles! ?

Not the most pleased with my experience.My tofu pad kaprao was pleasantly spicy as I requested, but I struggled to find much else going on with the flavor.The fairly scant portion for the price compared with the competition in town, and the lukewarm treatment I got at the window, did not help sell me on returning either.In my opinion there are several better (thai) options mere minutes away.

I’ve ordered numerous times and each time the food was fresh, tasty, and the portion size allowed for leftovers. I love the pad Thai, mixed vegetables with chicken, pumpkin curry with chicken, sticky rice.

Great taste, family operated, friendly, unassuming and just great food. Good choice for a Hilo lunch or dinner.
