First time visiting and we loved it definitely going back the staff was very friendly and the cheese tasted amazing

We had the chance to tour the Hilmar Cheese factory. We've been to Tillamook in Oregon and loved it, so this was a go! Great tour!!! Our tour started with lunch of sandwiches and cheese soup- the soup alone was worth it!! Delicious!! The tour is done inside our bus where the staff come aboard and talk about milk production, processing, cleanliness, testing, and cheese making. We actually drove thru the factory complex. It wad amazing and so informative! Excellent gift shop for different cheeses and cheese and milk oriented gifts. Loved this tour and recommend it for anyone visiting the Modesto CA area.

Its curbside pickup due to the Pandemic, but the cheese is amazing! They have the cheese curds Squeakers So good! And they squeak!

We love their sandwiches and salads! I've loved everything I've tried. We stop by whenever we can on our travels!

It’s a wonderful place. Good food. Great cheese and gifts.
