Taco Truck - Hillsborough County

I have to say I've been to this truck in the past, but I haven't visited it in years! Today I got 3 tacos: barbacoa, choriqueso, and pork (because they were out of al pastor ??‍)The choriqueso was my absolute favorite. Individually, I would give it a solid 9.5/10. I also got a chicken quesadilla which was very good. Honestly this is a pretty solid taco truck. I didn't think that choriqueso would be good in a taco, but it's now my new favorite thing from here. The barbacoa was also good, very flavorful. I usually don't order barbacoa because some places make it in a way I dont like, so I was happy that it was good.The pork one was my least favorite of the 3. It had some pieces of fat that are usually delicious, but the pork was very tender and, in combination with the fatty bits, it was a texture nightmare ‍ But, the flavor of the pork was good enough for me to look past (once I took out the fatty bits I also ordered a chicken quesadilla (to eat later, but I took a bite and it was good too! Pretty standard quesadilla, which is never a bad thing.

Burrito was absolutely busssssssin but it wasn’t folded right so it fell apart like the falcons in the Super

This place as soon as you get there it looks good , but if u ask the staff whats in the plate, they tell you a whole different answer from what the plate you actually get, im allergic to sour cream, i had asked what does this plate has , the guy didn’t mention sour cream at all!!! . so

Highly recommend, I will definitely be back!Food was delicious and affordable.. a little hard to determine exact location, as there are multiple food trucks in the same plaza- it’s the one that sits directly off the street on PalmRiver rd.
