Starbucks - Hillsboro

Nice place. Affordable drinks. Sometimes it can get busy and loud in there, I know I've felt as if the customer rep was hollering (almost yelling because of a blender or constant coffee grinder) at me over the counter in general at places like these, but this one was very nice. They do a lot of volume, they have a drive through, so they are hustling everyone else's drinks out too. Friendly staff, who take the time to notice you and say hi. You have to bring in cash to tip here, you can't tip on your credit card (unless you load money on their Starbucks app and use the in app tipping feature). The staff would possibly double thier income if they could take credit card tips, but it slows down the transaction (it takes like 4-7 seconds longer per person) and so the owners don't want to burden the drink-making-flow. The pumpkin muffins are a must try. At least I like them. Mellow pumpkin flavor and a good amount of cream cheese in the middle, just try one!

Didn't get my coffee right it's like rolling dice with this company always new people and when you find a store that makes my coffee right BAM new people. Now I have to find a store with trained employees.

Starbucks is Starbucks. However, one of the staff members here today was so calm and kind when I opened my wallet and my card wasn't in it. I remembered where it was eventually, but there was that moment of panic and she was SO helpful and lovely. She didn't have to be, but she went the extra mile and it made a big impression. I'll definitely be coming back to this particular Starbucks, if only because they obviously try and hire good people.

Wait times are way too long here! And the customer service is lacking DAPHNE should not be working at the drive thru didn't even acknowledge me or say hi just wanted my money! Disgusting customer service as I go to Starbucks DAILY!

I feel bad giving 1 star cause the drinks came out okay but it took me cover a HALF AN HOUR to get 2 basic drinks from the drive through. I would?ve given up but I was blocked in by the other cars?
