Pizza Hut - Hillsboro

I had done a survey after a poor experience, I received an email saying they would fix it if I talked to the manager, Lori. I went back in and it was great, very kind and excellent service. Very understanding and apologetic. The food tasted delicious and I had a really nice, relaxing time. I appreciated their effort to remedy the situation and I would say they absolutely did. I go here every so often and I try not to complain but I appreciate that they cared when I did.

Had the Meat Lovers pizza. Not as much meat as usual. Perty plan..

Usually a prime example of good food, good atmosphere, fast delivery, and great service. Sometimes a little cramped. Last few times we've been in lately, the wait time between sitting and ordering has exceeded 20mins, despite my fiance and I both just sitting on our phones, and people around us getting refills. Last night, at 7pm, we waited 30min before deciding we'd just go across the street. I'll just order delivery next time.

My previous review was not good. But Laurie at Pizza Hut in HIllsboro came through...very highly. I want to show my appreciation to her and thank her for all her help. She is a very good manager!!!

Our original call in order did not go through, they were apologetic and gave us free drinks, made our pizza quickly and it was perfect! The crust was absolutely amazing!
