Jimmy John's - Hillsboro

I was recently very disappointed with my Jimmy John's order. The vegetables, particularly the cucumbers and lettuce, appeared way past their prime freshness. Additionally, neither sandwich was pre-cut, and unfortunately, I received the wrong sandwich entirely.

There was only one guy making sandwiches which he is a delivery driver. There was no managers around, but the guy was hustling to get the sandwiches out and he had lots of orders to fill.

They never have a delivery driver. They should really change their ordering system to not show delivery as an option when it’s unavailable to avoid unnecessary charges.

Do NOT order anything from these guys off of doordash. Their delivery service is so bad. Like 2 times in a row I’ve had to cancel my order because they either don’t have a delivery driver or a their driver goes a-wol. It’s really unfortunate because the process to get your money back from doordash is such a pain and these guys can’t really aid in the process. Anyways if you order through doordash go pick it up, don’t have it delivered

Freaky fast at canceling your order because they don't have drivers. Order are only accurate half the time. Several poor experiences have made me hesitant to even bother ordering from here again.
