Hickory Shack - Hillsboro

Went for brunch and had the best time! Food was delicious and the staff were very friendly. My toddler peacefully slept in his stroller the whole time, the bathroom had a changing table diapers wipes! Highly recommend!

First time here and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The beer is really good and the fish and chips were perfectly cooked and tasted very good..

Great atmosphere. I got my food to go, but would love to eat in sometime. The vegan BBQ Jackfruit Sandwich was delicious. I'm not a huge fan of jackfruit and would definitely eat this again. The hostess was so friendly and attentive to my dietary choice. Their hefeweizen is refreshing and I'm glad I got a 6 pack for home. Very excited to try their other beer offerings! Hoping they add at least one more vegan option in the future. A chili for the colder months would be amazing!

Good beer, nice tidy place, great staff. Food was good, not necessarily great. Fish tacos were good but not south of the border authentic. That being said, I have yet to see anyone make a proper Baja taco this side of the border. Fried dishes were a little greasy, chance you take with fried food. If you order the pretzel, be aware, it is big!

Tasty. Nice outdoor seating. Nice staff. Clean bathrooms. Very chill late lunch spot.
