Costco Food Court - Hillsboro

The restaurant is repeatedly short-staffed, which results in long wait times for service. The wait time for a whole pizza is currently around an hour, whereas it used to be only 15-25 minutes. The staff also tends to make customers feel like it is their fault for the delays.

We visited this restaurant to satisfy our hunger since we didn't have enough for lunch. The food is consistently tasty and reasonably priced. The only issue is that the hot dog relish tends to run out fast.
