Carl's Jr. - Hillsboro

For a fast food restaurant that focuses on grilling and assembling meals, they truly excel. Efficient, affordable, hot, and tasty—all at a great price! While there are many burger joints that perform well, I believe Carl's Jr. stands out for its consistent quality in size, presentation, and actual flavor. I'm a bit uncertain about the 'Beyond Meat' plant-based options, as they remind me of Charlton Heston in Soylent Green—a bit unsettling! However, I've enjoyed several burgers there, with my favorites being the Jalapeño, Avocado, Mushroom, and the California Classic burgers!

The drive-thru service can be a bit slow at times, but the sandwiches are generally quite good.
