Pizza On The Hill - Hillingdon

Based on previous reviews, I would recommend avoiding this restaurant. The food was cold and arrived late, despite stating that it had been delivered. It seems that they couldn't be bothered to provide good service. I suggest trying a different restaurant instead.

I ordered a pizza from this restaurant, the tracker showed that it had been delivered but we never received it. I called the restaurant and the person on the phone seemed uninterested and said the delivery was only two minutes away. However, ten minutes later, we still had not received our order. The service and customer care were terrible, and I would not order from this restaurant again.

I ordered a 7-inch pizza online, but it took three phone calls and 1 hour and 25 minutes before it was delivered. The customer service was shocking and the person on the phone had a bad attitude. When the pizza finally arrived, the delivery person claimed they were caught in traffic, even though I live only 8 minutes away from the shop. The pizza itself was disappointing, only deserving a 2 out of 10 rating. There are much better pizza options available locally, so I would not recommend waiting that long for this pizza. Beware of this restaurant. No to Domino's!

The pizza I ordered did not show up even though the tracker is showing that it did, nobody to answer my call yet I’ve been charged!

Ordered by phone Pizza, normally get told delivery times when more than 15 minutes didn’t arrive rang some 40 minutes later- unprofessional and argumentative I just wanted to know how long more advised my issue for ordering at a peak time ! I should know better!
