Pizza Hut - Hilliard

I've gone to many pizza hut locations and this is by far my favorite location. The staff is very friendly and down to earth. They are quick and they get the order right!

I give 1 starts because it wont let me give 0... this is the 2nd time they have messed up and I thought of giving them a 2nd chance but it falls just the same as before... doubt this will get corrected as last time

The last two times I’ve ordered from this location the food has not came as ordered. I have even paid extra to make sure we actually get pepperoni on the pizza and still end up with less than 3 per slice. Also burnt breadsticks. Only positive is the food was on time and the staff was nice. Guess I need to check my food before leaving every time I order if I order again.

Pizza Hut on cemetery rd Hilliard Ohio has the worst customer service ever. They will mess up your food and then not answer their phones. Then don’t even offer to fix the messed up food.

Will not order from the Hilliard location again. 2 separate delivery orders...In February, I ordered from them, waited 1 hour and told my order cancelled due to driver. I called and they did find a driver and I got it 1 hour 45 minutes after I ordered. They emailed my with a code for a free pizza for the inconvenience, which was nice, but the code did not work.Decided to try them again tonight. Did not receive part of my order. Called and first person hung up on me, I'm giving the benefit of the doubt that was an accident. Second person was nice but they would only give me a credit on my next order. Would not refund money or just simply send the missing item. Appears I will be out that money because service has been terrible last 2 orders and I will not deal with them again. I suggest you either pick it up or go somewhere else.
