Mcdonald's - Hilliard

The staff is excellent, and the building is beautiful. The kiosk is always open. However, most of the lobby is closed off and needs cleaning. I've never had a bad meal here, but they do not offer any refills.

I should have read the reviews before I went to this location.Cold double cheeseburger, watching the male cook grabbing hamburgers with his hands, not tongs. Very poor franchise location and a disgrace to the McDonald's reputation.Never again will I eat there.Horrible

I usually don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience today. I spent nearly $4 on a medium hot chocolate that tasted and looked like plain milk—there was no hint of chocolate at all! The McGriddle was also disappointing; the bread seemed undercooked and not warmed properly. Overall, everything was unappetizing and I felt like I wasted my money. I've always chosen this McDonald's because it was convenient for work, but I've decided it's worth it to drive to the one closer to my home instead.

I was tired of false commands, cold limpy fries and stale rolls on the cemetery rd. store I even mentioned mgt. this meal was hot, crispy and delicious. I'm coming from now on. mic ds on the main road. also in the drivethru do not wait.

I ordered two small fries with our meal, but they were not included in the bag. I wanted to remind them about it, but instead, we were told to move forward. After waiting for at least 10 minutes, we still hadn’t received our order. The service was quite disappointing.
