Kfc - Hilliard

A few years ago they were under great management. On a couple occasions they would even include extra food if it seemed like the wait had been too long. I appreciate things like that, and was a loyal customer because of it. It's pretty bad now. Abouta year ago I walked in with a coupon for a meal, but instead of allowing me to choose a side, they rudely refused, and said ithad to be cole slaw. Nothing against cole slaw, but I'm not a fan of it, and it seems like a polarizing side dish to mandate -compared to potato wedges, mac and cheese, etc., After a couple more instances of them either giving me the wrong side, or thewrong sauce, I've stopped going altogether.

Basically just stay away from this location. Horrible food, rude employees. It's very apparent they don't want people to come because they would have to do there job. Went across the street and burgerim has amazing chicken!

Food here is always dry and seems like it’s been sitting on the warmer for ages. Sawmill Rd KFC location is more consistent in food quality.

I ordered food for delivery 30 minutes before they closed, they took the entire time preparing my order then canceled it at the last possible second.
