Donatos Pizza - Hilliard

The worst ever at Donatos Came to the table barely cooked, almost raw onions asked to have it put back in the oven bland as can be, as you can see barely any cheese and I don’t even know if there was a tablespoon of sauce on the whole pizza after being put in the oven a second time, the onions were still raw and crunchy and pepperonis looked undoneThe person that took the order was very pleasant is the only reason I gave two stars instead on one and the bathroom was nasty I almost forgot, the fountain drinks have no flavor or fizz

We love this location! We live near the Bethel rd Donatos and they mess up our order every time (we gave them many chances over the months). The Fishinger rd Donatos ALWAYS gets our order correct. It’s a drive for us but it’s worth it: we eat here 1-2x a month.

We ordered online last night. A large extra pepperoni and extra mushroom pizza. The pickup time was 25 minutes from the time we ordered. We arrived about minutes after it was scheduled to be completed. Upon arrival and payment of our pizza, we were told that the pizza was still in the oven and to pull forward and it would be out shortly. We waited for over 10 minutes and ended up pulling back around to the carryout window again. The guy at the window asked us for the order name again. We finally got our pizza.. After arriving back home, we noticed that not only was our pizza mildly warm, it was not topped with any extra pepperonis or mushrooms. I felt slighted because we waited a fair amount of time and the order wasn 't even correct or hot from coming out of the oven as stated by the employees. Just flat out disappointed because when you pay money for the extra toppings, they should be noticeable on the pizza.

We ordered a large pizza supposed to be delivered at 5:10 well it’s 5:56 and it just arrived. My husband and I were about to walk out the door and go get something to get. We weren’t fast enough!!! The pizza is now in the oven heating up!!!Donatos don’t have their own drivers, it’s delivered through Door Dash which is a JOKE. Don’t order delivery from Donatos on Fishinger!! Go to Enrico’s on Frantz road much better.

It was especially nice on Wednesday. The Big Dons were exceptional and the manager was so cheerful as I ordered. I usually forget to give my phone number and he asked for it before It paid. This let me get my points.
