Dave Buster's Hilliard (columbus)

The manager and server provided excellent service; they were fantastic. However, the playroom had an odd smell that resembled the restrooms. Additionally, many of the stalls were lacking toilet paper. I also wish they offered better prices on the playing cards, as it felt like the kids used them up in no time. Despite these issues, I would still come back for fun or a birthday celebration.

My man and I came to visit from 3 hours as we have never been before. we will not return to any dave and buster. eating was ehhh.ok tons of children without notice. the building itself was not as clean as I would have liked. our waitress was good, but that was the point. in any case disappointed over the whole experience. we had our hopes for something better.

Ladies bathrooms were down which I understand that was out of there control but still kind of an inconvenience staff was really nice

Our waitress was absolutely fantastic! We had a reservation for about 40 people, and she was completely on top of everything. Everyone was impressed with how attentive she was. Even though she had other tables to serve, she managed it all seamlessly. The management only assisted by bringing out the food once it started coming out, but she handled everything else exceptionally well.
