Had a hot cho from here, the customer service was okay, they were nice but not entirely enthusiastic, but it was okay. The hot choco itself was pretty good, not the best but it was descent

Consistently good food and coffee, I really do love this franchise. This branch at the Worley Place end of the Mall, is comfortable and offers the only sunny eating space in the mall, with outside views of the council terrace.

Service: 5/5 The staff are very friendly and relaxing. Hygiene: 5/5 Each guest will be washed with disinfectant after leaving. Food: 5/5 Desserts and breakfasts are delicious and drinks are made quickly and of good quality. Environment: 5/5 is comfortable, suitable for chatting with friends and working. It's very quiet and pleasant.

I come here often and its always been great. There was a bit of a delay in getting one of the 2 coffees we ordered but all good. Good food and friendly staff.

Just have to say the lady behind the counter is delightful. Greets you like you matter instead of 'just another customer '. (And my omelet was delicious!
