Donburi Bowl - Hillcrest New Zealand

We were travelling from Hamilton today and stopped at Donburi bowl thinking that this would be a nutritious and healthy lunch. I ate everything and a couple hours later I started to feel unwell. Having to travel from Hamilton to Wellington I had to stop many times as I had vomited many times. I've never been this sick ever and have not ate anything else today. We also paid almost $50 for meals that was not good. My friend also ate only the chicken and luckily didn't get food poisoning. When we looked at the food properly we can see that the food isn't as fresh as it should be. It's disappointed that the food isn't as fresh as it should be as I've had many donburis in the past and had a good experience.

We always make sure we have lunch here when we are in town, so good!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Use to go here atleast once a week for over 6 months till i started noticing they were starting to add more rice and vegetables and less chicken , got to a point where i counted 6 bits of chicken in my regular meal when there use to be upwards of 15 , dont recommend spending so much for so little Meal type: Lunch Price per person: NZ$20–30
