Chicago Bagels - Hildesheim

The bagels at are staggered and are therefore very soft, which I find super. There is a very delicious vegan bagel with homemade paprika-cashew paint. In some cases, other bagels can be veganized, but there is a great extra charge for this, which I find a pity. In addition, there is a vegan bowl and vegan ice cream.

The vegan bagel with homemade Paprika-Cashew spread, tomato, cucumber, rocket, avocado, onions and maple syrup was very delicious. Above all, the paint has convinced me very much!

I ate there on a one day trip to Hildesheim and i was pretty exited about the tasty bagel and the vegan icecream. I tried the „Mrs Vegan Cashew“, a vegan bagel with pepper-cashew-cream and vegetables, which was very nice. Also all the bagel buns served are vegan, so you have six options for your bagel. They also have a big variety of vegan icecream, which was also really nice. The staff was really kind and helpful and i was pretty happy with my visit there. You can sit down in comfy chairs and benches or take your food to go.
