230 Cafe - Highspire

We were on our way to the airport and find this place to grab a bite for lunch…and it was so good! It’s a simple place, very busy with lots of locals, but welcoming and friendly and great food! My husband ordered chicken strips that came with two sides: he ordered coleslaw and fries. I ordered a cordon bleu wrap which came with chips and a dill pickle spear.That wrap was so loaded with delicious chicken and thin sliced ham and cheese, and a honey mustard sauce, which they brought an extra container of for adding extra. I loved it, and it really filled me up!Husband enjoyed his Chicken strips and fries and really liked the traditional creamy coleslaw.It appeared they had some “to die for” desserts, and some were ordering slices of pie and other forms of goodness to go.Next time I might just need to stop in for dessert!

They have best food and service around. Prices are excellent. Been going to this place for many years!

7 years later, and I still stand by my review. 230 Cafe is our go to place. With today 's prices, we 're not willing to chance a bad meal elsewhere, when we know the 230 will always be excellent. The homemade desserts are fresh, and the best. Breakfast all day. Plenty of food at good prices. Always get a good meal here, at reasonable prices. Friendly and attentive staff, fresh baked desserts, good home cooking, with real ingredients. It 's a place where locals go, and everyone knows your name.

Small local joint, great place to stop on the way to the airport. Had the cafe special 2 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 French toast. Server was wonderful.

230 Cafe catered at our wedding in late April. They were on the preferred catering list. They are AMAZING! First doing the taste testing was great! They're food i absolutely amazing and I want to go back every year on our anniversary to eat their food, especially they're dessert! They made what we picked and MORE! They are also a good price considering how expensive caterers are these days. They get back to you very quickly and were very easy to work with. The cafe they own is a nice little diner and has great vibes. Highly recommend trying them out!
