Bidrage med feedbackSt. Andrew UMC is an absolutely wonderful church. The sermons of Rev. Mark Feldmeir are absolutely inspiring and lively. We appreciate the messages of inclusion, acceptance, compassion and understanding. In addition, I would say that the sermons are relevant, thoughtful and cordial. You are a pleasure to hear and for as many as I have heard, I am constantly impressed. The music is beautiful and the energy of the church is peaceful and relaxing. Also the children's and outreach programs are great and give the church a very well-rounded quality. We love this church and cannot say enough great things about it!
This is a great place for daycare centers. We do not visit services here, but participate in childcare and contribute to the pantry. Program is good, teacher care and affordable.
Thank you for everything you did for our STEM children, families and employees. The kindness, fear and compassion of your community was so touching. They gave us so much time. And the blankets... thanks for the coordination. I never guessed how much blankets were appreciated. Thanks for giving us a safe room to meet with friends.
I was recently in this church with a group of volunteers for habitat for humanity. We were on a college spring break service trip. We were allowed to use a little of the plant in the week we stayed. We brought our own camping pads and air mattresses, and our group met the two rooms comfortably. They supplied us with a washing machine and a dryer, clean toilets and showers, access to a play/film room and the shared use of two kitchens. The facilities were supervised, and the people were welcoming, friendly and helpful. As a less religious person, I felt comfortable and would like to stay/visit on occasion. Thank you to all those who made this stay as comfortable as possible!
There’s a place for everyone at this progressive and inclusive church. Our kids have been enriched by the children and youth programs, which offer bible learning and social justice, choirs, and service opportunities. My husband and I have taken advantage of the many book groups, bible study and special classes. We are involved in the music program, which includes 3 handbell choirs, an orchestra, small vocal groups as well as the large chancel choir. So many ways to worship through music! The church has programs to serve and help the homeless and impoverished, missions working on immigration and third world issues, an active social justice committee, and so much more. You are welcome here.
