Qdoba Mexican Eats - Highlands Ranch

I ordered Qdoba from this location for a pretty big meeting for my boss through DoorDash- who dropped off only half my order. I called the store, and even though it was Door Dash?s mistake the manager delivered the rest of the food to me personally within 15 minutes. He was super calm, friendly and helpful. As an Executive Assistant he helped save my job ????

Undercooked beans, the entire batch was still hard. Unacceptable on a $10 burrito. If beans aren?t even cooked, it makes it difficult to trust the safety of the chicken or shrimp. The tortilla was ripped on both ends of the burrito too. They also don?t bother serving breakfast at this location.

We just moved here and were used to our old Qdoba. But holy moly were we missing out! This location is accurate with orders, provides perfect portions, lean meat, fresh veggies. As it should be! Thank you to Maddi who wrote a sweet note on our bag!

Worst burrito I?ve ever had! Chicken was dry, the burrito was small, they didn?t have any queso left and what they did have was burnt! Will never go here agai!!!

Went here today. I?ve been going to this store since 2016. Worst off it has ever been. Half of the rice, beans and protein were not ready or available, no fajita veggies available. When the server asked the kitchen for more ingredients they ended up yelling at each other about who?s fault it was. Just go to Chipotle down the road by King Soopers until this store can figure out their staffing issues and have all the ingredients ready.
