Panera Bread - Highlands Ranch

Came to my birthday bag (9:40 o'clock,) would have spent more money, but the bank on board was extremely rude. he went into the back room to count his time and did not even have the communication to the only cash in front of the front who treated the change of the watch like a champ! kudos to him. but because of the rudeness of the other cash I will not return.

This location is disappointing. Teenagers all on their phones and hair AirPods in. Can't hear you if you needed help. The food was all under cooked. Definitely need some management in there that's going to actually pay attention!

All is good here except the rather high prices for the rather small portions of food. I spent $12 and walked out hungry. The good news is it's healthier food than any fast food joint, and it's a nice environment inside. I was there at about 2 pm on a Friday and it was fairly quiet with soft music playing in the background. I will go back despite the high prices. ???

I forgot to redeem a discount while ordering on the app, and I was able to talk to the manager to request a refund. She was very professional and helpful and refunded even more than I had paid. Thank you! Very pleasant experience.

I attend a weekly gathering of friends here on Wednesdays. The coffee has gotten somewhat better, less acid this year. The breakfast sandwiches are okay but overpriced.
