Ihop - Highlands Ranch

The family feast options are fantastic for getting breakfast for a group without spending a lot of money. They were even kind enough to give me a free cup of coffee when I placed my order, saying it was on the house. The service was super friendly, fast, affordable, and the food was still quite delicious. This place has become my go-to spot for breakfast with friends.

This was the worst service I have ever encountered! We waited 45 minutes just for our drinks. I had to ask another server to bring me a coffee. Our waitress never returned to check on us or offer assistance. The people sitting behind us waited an hour and still hadn't received their food. Several other customers who arrived after us were served before us. We eventually gave up and left without having breakfast.

Our server was satisfactory, most of the dishes were fresh or fixed after we mentioned it, and the restaurant was quite clean. Despite being not very busy, it took a while to get served. Nevertheless, we were patient and tipped well. I appreciate that this place has a coffee bar.

This morning. No one came to offer even water. when we left the manager in the green hemd, we saw ourselves going, but not even disturbed to stop us. we spent a lot of money here in the past. no more. they do not take care of their actions.

We were there at 9 o'clock. the heating didn't work. it was freezing. As soon as we got our meal, I noticed that our water-roached foul. I've been working in the past with ice machines and new what the smell was. not the water, but the ice smells very strongly from flour dew. Just like wet, which have been sitting for a long time. when we got the sack, we told the waitress, she smelled the ice and said, yes. She then went to the waiter's station and took her handbag and her coat and just went away. she didn't tell anyone. I'm not back in this restaurant and we both took big drinks for our glass. it was disgusting and nothing was done.
