I ordered pickup today and when I got home with the sandwich I saw that it had no tomatoes or pickles on it. I called the store to se did they happened to be out of tomatoes and pickles and the associate responded with “my manager isn’t here right now” I repeated my question and then was hung up on. Just the day before (6/30) I ordered online as well, got to the store and my order was no ready, the girl working the line was too busy flirting with the man in front of me to even acknowledge I was there. Then once she finally made my sandwich she slapped it together with absolutely zero care. I wouldn’t recommend this subway AT ALL. Just drive into Crosby and go to one of those locations. Much better customer service there anyways.

Came in for lunch for first time cause I'm working out here. The 3 ladies up front were very Professional and everything was nice and clean and in order. Fresh cookies and bread. We couldn't believe how clean it was. This makes my subway back look bad. Keep up the amazing work. Forsure will be back Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

Very courteous individuals working at the subway site made the experience that I had my family there for dinner a good, it was very clean and the bathroom looked great
