The sausage here is some of the best you'll find in Texas, and you won't meet a better person than Junior Forrest. If you're looking for sausage, ribs, or any kind of meat for a genuine gathering, this is the only place to go.

I highly recommend Junior's Smokehouse. They have a quick turnaround time for orders, which is fantastic. My personal favorite is the Jalapeño and Cheese sausage, and I also love their rolls. I've been a customer for years and I’m always satisfied!
