Franny’s Pizzeria - HIGHLANDS

I visited this restaurant for the first time during a recent trip back home after being away for a while. I decided to try the eggplant parmesan, but I was extremely disappointed. It was unrecognizable as eggplant - it was like mushy broth covered in sauce and burnt. I usually don't leave negative reviews, but I felt I had to warn others to not make the same mistake I did and avoid ordering this dish altogether.

My wife and I discovered Franny's earlier this year and I wish we had found it sooner. The pizza here is amazing, we have Pizza Fridays every week. We always order one regular pie and one Granny's thin slice, along with garlic knots, and it never disappoints. I highly recommend the Granny thin slice, it is exactly what pizza should be. We are moving in May and won't be able to enjoy Franny's as often, but whenever we can, we will definitely make the trip. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. For all pizza lovers out there, this is the place to be! ?

Franny's offers the best pizza in town. From a simple cheese pizza to unique creations like the Pendler pizza with pepperoni and hot honey, or the Capri, Grandma, and Spitzenona with Vodka sauce, their pizzas are top-notch. The sauce is perfect and the crust is just right. In addition to pizza, they also offer gluten-free options, pasta dishes, amazing salads, wings, excellent subs with fresh bread daily, and decadent desserts. Franny's is a hidden gem in the Highlands neighborhood, perfect for a beautiful date night on the terrace or a quiet solo meal inside. It's a great spot for family and friends to gather, or for takeout and delivery. The staff goes above and beyond to provide excellent service.
