4118 Kitchen - HIGHLANDS

Food here was good, once we actually got it and got what we ordered correctly. One of our party had to send their food back three times just to get the burger they ordered correct and another's food was completely forgotten about until we asked twice about it after everyone else had been sitting with their orders. They only had one other table when we placed our order so it wasn't like they were busy and it could be understood. The major part that upset me was the service it was horrible. Our waitress was rude to us from the moment we walked in and to other guest as well. Definitely will not be returning.

Save your money,Do Not Eat at this Restaurant, the worst experience I've ever had. Our food was not good. The fries were burnt, I ask for my burger to be well done and it was undercooked. The server and owner were rude when we ask questions about gluten free selections. The food is so overpriced for the quality. The restrooms were filthy. It's bar food at best!! In fact I've had alot of bar food that was amazing. We didn't complain we simply paid the outrageous bill and got up to leave. The owner followed my husband out and began using profanity asking him why he didn't leave a tip? My husband replied that a tip is not mandatory if the food and service are not satisfactory. The owner began cursing and told us not to come back. I HAVE NEVER been humiliated in such a way with people coming out of the restaurant hearing him and the server coming out putting her hands on my husband and putting a coin in his pocket (that he left on the table) and told him to keep it. They crossed so many boundaries that are unacceptable. We will never go there again and I hope anyone reading this review will reconsider trying this restaurant ?

Despite many good reviews, food is nothing special. Fish and chips were disappointing and other meals were ok. The fries were very good.

They weren't too busy and the staff really took care of us

Really good slaw...Smash burger was good as well. Fries were excellent!
