There are signs all over the restaurant claiming that tables are cleaned between diners. However, this was not the case as we had to wait a long time and eventually had to ask for our table to be cleaned. The burger we ordered was overcooked and tasteless, but we were hungry and had already paid for it so we ate it. The price of £1.95 for a can of Irn Bru is outrageous with a 400% profit margin. Despite being a local, I will not be returning to this restaurant. It is disappointing to see that there is no effort being made to make things easier for staff or customers during the Covid pandemic.

We went for lunch. I had fish and chips. I was disappointed with the meal as it was not very hot. My daughter and husband had turkey which was okay, but did resemble canteen food. It was not worth the money we paid and we will not be going back.

Everytime we come here there is a problem!!!! massive queues, by the time you get your meal after queing for a coffee the food is cold, we visited in September, my partner had cold scrambled eggs, mine were hot because they came from underneath but bacon was cold. Told woman taking contact details that it wasn't that hot and she said you should complain at the time but you cannot get near the counter or till. Yesterday we got here arouund 11.45, no queues for a change, ordered 2 sandwiches, coronation chicken and tuna, got coffees fairly quickly, then after 10 minutes waiting for sandwich and thinking coffee is nearly done. Then buzzer goes to say it is ready to be told they do not have the sandwich fillings! Got a refund and went somewhere else.

My wife and I had breakfast here, didn’t offer much value half a tomato counted as 1 of your 5 choices for the small Scottish breakfast, portions were pitifully small, it was Luke warm to cold when served eggs were rubbery and tasteless, not worth the money.
