Bidrage med feedbackThe homemade soup and bread here is so good! The service is a bit poor but the cafe is busy and being run by only 1 staff member so its understandable.
I went back to this restaurant after my visit in July and had a wonderful breakfast. I really enjoyed the banter from the attractive young Scottish man with a beard. Love the Viking theme here and will definitely come back. Thank you for another enjoyable experience. The food was reasonably priced, tables were clean and tidy. This is a great place to stop whether you are heading north or south. Thank you all so much x.
It’s disgusting, there was a hair in our egg. The breakfast didn’t taste us also. Can’t recommend it
My partner and I visited the Coal Cafe on July 6, 7, and 8. We were always greeted by friendly staff. The food was fresh and well-presented. Visiting in the morning gave us a great start to our day. The staff were very helpful in guiding us to our next adventure. Thank you all very much and we look forward to our next visit.
Fancied a snack and was in need of une salle de bains so I popped in here. I ordered a mug of tea and a cheese, ham and onion toastie which was served with a side salad and some coleslaw. Friendly, chatty staff and a just what the doctor ordered nice hot mug of tea to wash down the very tasty toastie. A lot of very tasty looking food on offer so give it a try next time you 're in Kyle of Lochalsh you won 't regret it. Oh....and Caol is the Gaelic for Kyle you learn something new every day, or I did! Good job Gaz and the blonde girl who served me when I came in and then swiftly headed for the 'facilities ', whose name escapes me!
