Tim Hortons - High River

Stood at till for 5 minutes whilst staff was too busy to take my order. Not their fault, like I said they were busy after all... poorly staffed/managed. I decided they were too busy for my additional patronage and left. Sorry that big corporation works you so hard and gives no support staff to assist with volume, must be very profitable!

I have CONTINUOUSLY found hair in my ice caps at this location of tim hortons. I have also received the wrong order over and over when i ask for milk instead of cream in my ice caps. i DO NOT recommend going to this tim hortons unless you enjoy someone’s hair in your drinks. when they kept giving me the wrong thing they then seemed annoyed with me for telling them it was wrong.

Second time I've gotten a bagel and it stinks so badly of cigarettes I threw it out. No one answers the phone when I call and I'm not driving all the way back there. Absolutely disgusting

Just stopped for a coffee for the drive home. Always good coffee!

Best Tims in town…clean and service is always wonderful. Beverages are always fresh and they abide by the expiration of their coffee and tea machine. Never have to worry about cold coffee or tea when coming here.
