Very nice staff. Great pool. Awesome breakfast. Good value for the money. The only downside is that the non-smoking room smelled like smoke.

Lovely staff and easy check in and check out! However the hotel was just ok. I feel like for location, amenities, and the quality of the room the price per night is a little expensive for what they offer. When I looked up photos of this hotel I saw a lot of modern styled rooms which looked recently renovated and updated, I have to be honest there was nothing modern or new about this hotel.

The staff are so friendly and accommodating, we are so impressed with the service. All of the front desk staff were very responsive and especially our server Dar who went out of her way to make us an amazing hot breakfast when the chef called in sick to work. The room was nice and clean, comfy bed and bedding. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 was because the pool and gym were closed due to construction.

I booked a room along with friends who booked weeks in advance for a wedding. Wedding was at 3pm. Check is 3pm. We asked for an early check in but they wanted an additional 50% of the room charge to check in two hours early. We said no we will just check in after midnight when the wedding is done and the bus brings us back. We got there and we?re told they didn?t have rooms for us anymore. We were drinking and had no choice but to wake up a family member 45 minutes away to come get us at 1am or it was sleep in our vehicles. To top everything off we smoked a deer on the way home and my mother in laws vehicle was wrecked. I AM IRRATE. DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL BECAUSE THEY CREATED A NIGHTMARE.

This hotel is an older facility (not even an elevator for the 2nd floor rooms), but what it lacked in newer style and features, it more than made up for in cleanliness and friendly service! And the breakfasts far exceeded anything we've ever had anywhere else as part of our room charges! We will definitely stay here again!!
